The Connies, the definitive awards to champion innovation across the television and media ecosystem, which are supported by Videonet, are open – and the first deadline for receipt of entries is Friday, February 9. Categories include ‘Video Technology Hero’, ‘Best TV/Video Service Update or Launch’, ‘Contribution to User Experience – TV & Video’, ‘Connected Agency of the Year’, ‘Connected Media Owner of the Year’ and ‘Best Use of Connected Data’. It is quick to enter these awards and the entry fee is £99 + VAT for entries received by February 9, or £150 + VAT for entries received by the ‘Late’ deadline of Friday, February 16.

The Connies were created when the Videonet Connected TV Awards merged with the Connected Consumer Awards from Mediatel. They provide a showpiece for television platform providers, programmers and channel owners, online video services, video technology providers, advertising inventory owners, ad-tech developers, agencies and media researchers.
