Members may only post content (text, video, audio and images) that they own the Copyright to or have obtained written permission to use from the Copyright owner.
Members assume all responsibility for any content (text, video, audio and images) posted to www.v-net.tv Any Member posting content assumes all liability for Copyright violation in relation to any content they have posted to www.v-net.tv and any legal actions resulting from inappropriate image, video, audio, text or other content submissions.
You acknowledge and agree that material uploaded to the site is not up-loaded or posted subject to any obligation of confidence.
In accessing the site you agree not to permit, or assist in any way, any third party to copy, reproduce, alter, modify, download, post, store (including on any other web site), distribute, transmit, broadcast, commercially exploit or modify in any way the material or content without our prior written permission.
Notice of defamatory material or breach of copyright
If you believe that any content on the site contains a defamatory statement or if you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes an infringement of your Copyright; please notify www.v-net.tv immediately.
We will then use all reasonable endeavours to remove the defamatory content or material complained about that infringes on Copyright shortly thereafter.

Password and Security
When you register you will be asked to create a password. You must keep this password confidential and not disclose it or share it with anyone. You will be responsible for all actions that occur, including upload of information or comment submitted under your password. If you suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us immediately by contacting justin@hubblemedia.co.uk.
Termination of registration or access
At our discretion we reserve the right to remove/edit member details, deny users access to our site or any part of our site or terminate registration without notice, and to decline service provision to any user in breach of these terms and conditions of use.
You may request (in writing) to remove your details from our site at any time.
Events beyond our control
We shall not be liable to you for any breach of these terms and conditions of use, any failure to provide or delays in providing services through our site resulting from any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
