DVB complains about "unfair" LTE Broadcast claims

Graham Mills, Chairman of the DVB Commercial Module, has warned that drastic measures are needed to help mobile networks cope with video volumes, suggesting the use of LTE Broadcast and  DVB T2-Lite for live TV while claiming T2 is the better option.
