As operators look into 2015, the video landscape remains in rapid change.  Subscribers have more video platform choices available than ever before and there is little sign that this will change.  To remain competitive, pay-TV operators will need to become more subscriber centric and to do this, they will need to aggressively evolve their video architecture.

In July 2014, Videonet surveyed Pay-TV operators about their 2015 plans.  The results highlight that pay-TV operators are moving forward and have a diverse set of changes planned for 2015.  Along with the survey results, the report outlines the need for Pay-TV operators to become subscriber centric, a framework for evaluating the subscriber experience, the need for pay-TV operators to evolve their architecture, and finally some of the operational and architectural considerations that pay-TV operators will need to consider as they move forward.

The report also includes insights from Stofa, Deutsche Telekom, and Ziggo as well as survey results from over 50 Pay-TV Operators.
