AirTies has struck a deal to provide Deutsche Telekom Group-owned operator Iskon with in-home WiFi solutions, designed to improve performance, visibility and customer support.
The Croatian service provider has deployed AirTies’ Mesh extenders, which are designed to upgrade customers’ WiFi coverage in the home and are powered by AirTies’ Smart WiFi software.
Iskon has also adopted AirTies Remote manager, a cloud-based WiFi management tool that gives it real-time visibility into subscribers’ WiFi performance, allowing for remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
“Subscribers want unrestricted, ultra-fast WiFi everywhere in their homes. With AirTies, we’re making that happen, and we are offering it as monthly subscription service,” said Iskon CEO, Kresimir Madunovic.
“Deploying AirTies’ management solutions also allows us to deliver a new level of Smart Wi-Fi management to our operator customers, with access to real-time and historical data to understand and optimise performance throughout the home.”
Ian Challinor, Executive Vice-President and GM of EMEA and APAC at AirTies, said: “Iskon is a leader in delivering high-quality broadband across Croatia, and we’re proud to support them with our Smart Wi-Fi solutions.”
The news came ahead of this week’s ANGA COM conference, which runs from June 4 – 6 in Cologne, Germany.
