DAZN partners with Pragmatic Group to build the “world’s first service” that combines OTT live sports viewing and betting

DAZN has partnered with Pragmatic Group to launch a betting service under the DAZN BET brand. The sports streamer has said the move comes as a response to fan demand for recreational in-play betting, and the service will include both play for fun and play for money options. The multi-year partnership reflects DAZN’s ambition to provide the “world’s first service that combines OTT live sports viewing and betting”.

DAZN – a leading Sports streaming service – has struck a multi-year partnership with Pragmatic Group to launch a betting service under the DAZN BET brand. The deal will see Pragmatic Group supplying the underlying platform and be responsible for product development, while the service will leverage DAZN’s subscriber base and brand.

DAZN has said its ambition is to become the “world’s first service that combines OTT live sports viewing and betting” to facilitate a more engaging experience for customers.
